Van Mahotsav, a week-long festival honouring Mother Earth to safeguard the planet’s life support system, is one of the most well-known of them all. Sabarmati University also celebrated Tree plantation day at 10 am in the morning. Students of different disciplines contributed to tree plantations.  A total of 100 plants were selected and planted in the pots. Some of the selected pictures are attached here.
