Report on Ganesh Chaturthi Celebration: 02-09-2022
On the occasion of Lord Ganesh Chaturthi, Sabarmati University has established Lord Ganpati at the Sabarmati University Campus, Ahmedabad. Ganesh Chaturthi, the ten-day festival dedicated to Lord Ganpati, was celebrated in the University with utmost love and Spirituality. The festivities end today on September 2nd with Ganesh Visarjan.
On the celebration of Lord Ganpati Visarjan, University has organised a cultural event provided by “Modak” and Cultural Garba in the University Premises. In the same event, the teaching and non-teaching staff of the Sabarmati University celebrated and all the devotees pray Lord Ganesh to bless their households and return for the puja next year.
On the auspicious occasion, Respected Dr. Jyoti Shrivasatav (Registrar, I/C), Dr. Parshuram Dhakad (Dean Academics), all the faculty members, non-teaching staff, supporting staff and students were present. The Program was ended with sweets distribution and cultural Garba. Some of the photographs are given for reference.
