Introductory Session on G20

It is a proud moment for all of us as India holds the Presidency of G20 from 1st December 2022 to 30th November 2023. The theme of India’s Presidency is “वसुधैव कुटुम्बकम्” (One Earth, One Family, One Future).

As a part of University Connect, Sabarmati University had arranged an “INTRODUCTORY SESSION On G20” on 24th January 2023 at Hall no. 01 from 2:00pm onwards. The session was graced was Provost, Dr. K.B. Vyas, Registrar I/C, Dr. Jyoti Srivastava and Dean Academics, Prof. (Dr.) Parshuram Dhaked.

The session was joined by the respective Directors and Heads of all departments including faculties as well as students. The session was organized by the internal team appointed for conduction of different activities related to G20 summit. Ms. Ekta Mehta took charge of introducing the session followed by student representatives Ms. Prerana Das & Ms. Mariya Thaim who introduced the G20 summit, its various aspects & India’s Presidency through power point presentation including official videos from G20 website as well as various relevant photographs. The introductory session was concluded by Dr. Tirtha Kanti Karmakar handling few queries followed by the formal vote of thanks by Dr. Sagar Vyas.
