Theme- Dignity, Freedom and Justice for all.

Webinar was organized on “Human Right’s Day ” on the topic of “Dignity, Freedom and Justice for all” dated 12th Dec’2022, Monday, by School of Law, Sabarmati University. The Students, Advocates, Professors, Vulnerable group of persons like Transgender and other members of legal fraternity from various cities and states participated in the event. The event was began with the Inauguration and welcome speech by Ms. Sweta Sankhla Ma’am followed by overview and brief information about the theme by Mr. Ravi Vyas sir .

The speaker for the event was Unique personalityi.e. the Transgender person who was the first transgender student of Punjab university, Chandigarh and member of transgender welfare board named Mx. Dhananjay Chauhan who was briefly Introduced and welcomed by Ms. Nancy Jain Maam. Mx. Dhananjay Chauhan maam spokes about the history of vulnerable groups community like Kinnar, Hizda, and transgender.

She also shares her emotional struggle story as a transgender and the troubles she faced to get her rights along with the rights for her community. All participant are mesmerised to heard her lecture and her struggle to story to give the rights to Transgender. There is one participant named Avani Bhatt said that “Great spirit, Inspiration to all for learning how to overcome the mishaps, miserable time in life” Also there is another participant who said that “ Inspirational Words”
.The event was a great success and the session had more than hundred participants.
