Introduction

The Har Ghar Tiranga campaign, initiated under the aegis of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav by the Ministry of Culture, aims to inspire citizens to bring the Indian National Flag into their homes and hoist it with pride. The initiative symbolises a personal connection with the Tiranga and reflects the collective commitment of the nation towards unity and nation-building.

In line with this vision, Sabarmati University organised a grand Har Ghar Tiranga Rally on 12th August 2025, from the University campus to Sardardham, Ahmedabad.

Objective

Event Description

The rally commenced at 10:30 AM from the Sabarmati University campus. Students, faculty members, and staff participated in large numbers, wearing white attire as a symbol of peace and unity. Participants carried the Tiranga with pride, chanting patriotic slogans and spreading the message of love for the nation.

The rally proceeded with vibrant energy through designated routes and concluded at Sardardham, Ahmedabad. The event became a public display of national pride, drawing attention from passers-by and creating an atmosphere charged with patriotism.
