Ph.D. Admission Process – Academic Year 2025–26

  • Sabarmati University invites offline applications for admission to its Ph.D. Program for the Academic Year 2025–26.
  • The tentative date for the Ph.D. Entrance Test will be announced soon on the University website: https://sabarmatiuniversity.edu.in

Ph.D. Admission Process

Step-1 Check Eligibility

Interested and eligible candidates shall submit their individual application form in offline mode. Application forms can be downloaded from the University website or collected in person from the Research and Development Department of Sabarmati University.

Step-2 Download & Fill Application Form

Download the Ph.D. Admission Form and Ph.D. Form 1B from the download button given here and Duly Fill both the Applicable forms as per the Instructions given in the forms.

Step-3 Submit Your Application

Fill the application form carefully with all the *mandatory details (marked with*) and submit the scanned supporting documents with Application form via email to- [email protected] 

Step-4 Application Fee Payment

After verifying all filled details and uploading the required documents, proceed with the payment of Non Refundable Application Processing fee Rs.2000/ (Rupees Two Thousand Only) 

Mode of Payments

    • Online Payment: Through payment gateway using QR Code/ UPI / Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card.
    • UPI ID: SabarmatiUniversity@ICICI
    • Offline Payment: Through Cheque / Demand Draft (DD) in favour of “Sabarmati University”, payable at Ahmedabad.

Important Instructions

  • After successful payment through any mode, candidates must take a printout of the payment receipt containing the candidate’s name, email ID, mobile number, and payment reference number, and send it to the following email ID:

  • Candidates must take a printout of the completed application form and attach payment details along with self-attested copies of educational certificates and other relevant documents.

  • The complete application form, with all relevant documents, must be dispatched by Registered / Speed Post to the address given below, or submitted by hand to the Research and Development Department.
